The industrial plant is located in the town of Santa Lucia, in the center of the province of San Juan.
With a covered area of more than 2400 m2, the plant has three independent production lines to alternate production and cleaning circuits, while maintaining high standards of bromatological quality.
Stainless steel hoppers, loading systems, safe handling of raw materials and the laboratory are specially designed to obtain stable solid aggregates and preparations, which are simultaneously prepared or cooked.
The entire plant works with different designs to obtain a wide range of products without cross-allergenic contamination, including gliadin.
